Holiday Rates
Holiday Rates cover any of the following: Lone Star Rally, Mardi Gras, 4th of July, Memorial Day, and Labor Day. If you book for any of these days, you will be required to pay the below amount in addition to your booking price, and meet the minimum night requirement:

Extra Guest Rates
Each reservation includes two adults at no additional cost. Additional guests may be added to your reservation for a nightly fee. Please ensure the correct number of adults and children are selected when booking, as wristbands are required for most park amenities and accurate guest counts help ensure a smooth check-in experience.
Additional guests can also be added later through our self check-in tool, accessible via the secure link in your booking confirmation email or SMS message.

Cottages Rates
Check out our regular and holiday cottage rates and start planning your perfect coastal escape. Whether you’re booking a quiet weekend getaway or a holiday stay, our cottages offer the comfort of home, full access to resort amenities, and a relaxing place to enjoy everything Jamaica Beach and Galveston have to offer.
Notice:
- 72 hour Advanced Booking is required for daily Cottage bookings.
- All bookings are based on availability.
- All weekly rentals are from Friday to Friday. Check-in Friday is at 4pm, Checkout the following Friday at 11am.)
- Weekly Rentals can be booked up to a year in advance.
- All rentals require a non-refundable advance $250 deposit requirement on the day of booking, which will be applied to you cottage rental when payment is made on checkin.
- Daily/Weekend Rentals are available - the week of (3-day minimum booking requirement).
- Cottage rates do not reflect all applicable tax.
- Strictly no pets allowed in the cottages (the rest of park is pet friendly and legitimate service animals are allowed).
- Cancellations must take place two weeks in advance to avoid incurring a $500 cancellation fee.
- Smoking is not allowed in the cottages.
